In 2009, the first Advisory Council was created at the Menokin Foundation to evaluate the concept and details on The Glass House project.

The photograph on this page includes the first iteration of the Advisory Council. Their report would provide the recommendation and ground rules for the soon to be formally adopted “Menokin Glass House Project”.

The first iteration of the Menokin Advisory Council included Reid Freeman, Richard Garlock; Lucy Lawliss; Calder Loth; Matt Webster; David Woodcock (Chair); and James Zehmer – all would play significant roles in Menokin’s evolution to this day.

Final analysis and evaluation of the Glass House Project also included John Fidler and Lydia Brandt.

The Advisory Council’s dynamic and detailed presentation to the Board resulted in the Glass House Project being formally adopted.  It was time to find the right architects to make it happen!
