NORA KUHLMAN | Summer 2026 | Research and Interpretation Intern
William & Mary
My work at Menokin has mainly been focused on curating an exhibit about Menokin’s history as a plantation as well as its farming, food, and plant culture. Additionally, I’ve been helping to create a plant guide for visitors to learn about the plants we have on site.
I am an undergraduate student at William & Mary majoring in both History and Anthropology with a focus on early Virginia history.
Apart from my love of history, I enjoy baking, bullet journaling, and doing my friend’s nails. Recently, I’ve begun exploring the Northern Neck and have been taking sunset walks by the Rappahannock River.
