Travel Guides for the Northern Neck

With the Spring season leading into Summer in 2023, it’s time to highlight our regional travel guides for visitors to the Northern Neck and Menokin. These guides were authored by Alice French and Juliana Grassia, both key members of the Menokin staff that are also local residents in the region.

These detailed guides spotlight architectural and historical sites, nature adventures, foodie havens and more in the Northern Neck. Alice breaks down her guides by road trips over different periods of days based on what time you may have. Juliana gives inside looks at lifestyle gems around the area and much more.

Here are specific links the guides to have handy. Enjoy, and let us know if you would like paper versions of these available at the Visitor Center in the future!
