Plug Into Energy Savings at the Menokin Lecture Series

When the weather turns cold, thermostats get turned up and so do the costs of keeping your home warm and comfortable.  Dominion Virginia Power has developed a series of five energy conservation programs to help customers save money and help Dominion meet the energy demand gap. This portfolio of programs helps consumers learn and understand voluntary ways to use less energy, thereby translating into very real financial savings.

The Dominion Lecture Series at Menokin welcomes Courtney Gilbert, Energy Conservation Analyst with Dominion. Courtney will talk about Dominion’s Energy Conservation programs, give tips to reduce your electric bill, discuss Green Power, and much more. And who couldn’t use a little more money in their pocket these days?

The lecture takes place at the Martin Kirwan King Visitor’s Center at Menokin, on Wednesday, January 11, 2012 at 1:00 pm. There is no charge to attend, but registration is required. To register, please call 804-333-1776 or email us at menokin@menokin.org.
